I'm Francesco. In my kitchen in Venice, I invite you to slow down and rediscover the joy of cooking together. We begin with the ingredients, learn by doing, and leave room for questions, tasting and conversation.

During the cooking class, we prepare everything together, step by step. Dough takes shape on the board, a pan warms up, delicious aromas fill the room. This is how I share my love of cooking: with our hands, our curiosity and our time.
