Hello everyone!

My name is Francesco Colabella and welcome to my cooking class in Venice, a special and intimate culinary experience where you will learn a lot about Italian food and tradition. I love people, languages, food and music!

My cooking classes are open to everyone, whether you're a beginner or a pro interested in learning how to cook an Italian meal, you’re in the right place!

What makes my cooking experience special?

Well, I like to keep things intimate by hosting just a few guests at a time—usually not more than five. This way, we can really dive into the cooking process together and everyone will get the chance to learn!

One of the coolest parts? You get to choose what we will be cooking! You can select from a list of Italian dishes, the meal you desire to cook! And don't worry—I'll handle all the ingredients and guide you through each step.

We'll start by making a tiramisù then move on to crafting a fresh dough from flour and eggs.

Once our masterpiece is ready, we'll sit down together and enjoy our homemade meal.

Trust me, the pasta we will be making will taste completely different from the industrial one!

And of course, we can't forget home made tiramisù we prepared together!

Location

My cooking class takes place in my cozy home in Giudecca, a peaceful and a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Venice, away from the crowds and easy to reach by waterbus.
